Nurse Case Management Team
INVO works alongside licensed, registered nurses who support our company’s mission and claim professionals by using their experience in the medical field to carefully examine all medical aspects of workers’ compensation claims. Their services not only can be beneficial in reducing the duration of time an employee is losing from work, but it also can reduce overall claim cost.

Special Investigations Unit (SIU)
Having a partnership with Special Investigations Units, INVO can manage loss costs with early detection and resolution of all questionable claims. The goal is straight forward: ELIMINATE FRAUD.

Return-to-Work Program
Unfortunately, not all injured employees can return to work in the same capacity as before they were hurt. It is in the best interest of all involved parties that injured employees can return to productive roles as quickly as their medical state allows. A return-to-work policy allows your employees to return to a light-duty job while they recover from an illness or injury at work. Returning to work helps injured employees maintain skills and training, while facilitating long-term career goals. These programs significantly reduce the amount of time an employee is off work after a work-related injury. Research shows injured workers who work light duty recover 30% faster, resulting in a 7% reduction in medical expenses.
