Connley Averitt
Vice President
As Vice President of INVO Claims Administrators, Connley Averitt leads the strategic and operational direction of the claims department. She ensures the company meets its operational, financial, and service objectives while maintaining a commitment to excellence. Connley specializes in handling complex and high-value claims, particularly those involving catastrophic injuries and specialty business lines, navigating these with precision and expertise.
With over 15 years of experience in the workers’ compensation insurance industry, Connley has developed a comprehensive understanding of claims strategy and resolution across multiple product lines. Her extensive background in Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs), and staffing industries makes her an invaluable advisor to insurance professionals facing intricate claim scenarios. Connley is dedicated to fostering a positive and rewarding work environment in alignment with INVO’s Core Values & Principles.
Born and raised in Louisiana, she is an enthusiastic supporter of college and NFL baseball and football, with allegiances to purple and gold or black and gold, depending on the team. Outside of work, she enjoys thrifting, cooking and is an avid collector of niche and vintage perfumes.

Jennifer Jordan
Director of Claims, WC
As Director of Claims, Jennifer Jordan leads the management of workers’ compensation claims on a national scale. In this role, she is responsible for the efficient operation of the claims department, ensuring that supervisors, adjusters, and administrators are operationally successful and engaged in their daily roles. Her leadership style is grounded in constant communication and a commitment to team development, leveraging the latest industry technology to optimize workflows and manage caseloads effectively.
With over 14 years in the workers’ compensation insurance industry, Jennifer has developed extensive experience working with Insurance Carriers, Self-Insureds, Third Party Administrators, Temporary Staffing Agencies and PEOs. Jennifer is Board Certified in Litigation Management, a member of The Association of Workers’ Compensation Claims Professionals (WCCP) and holds a deep understanding of multi-state jurisdictions. Her ability to train and mentor employees, from industry newcomers to seasoned professionals, further underscores her leadership and expertise in the field.
Jennifer lives in Central Florida with her husband, son and two cats. She loves living near the ocean and spending quality time with family and friends. She enjoys weekends on the beach, fishing on the boat, baking, and going to concerts.

Courtney Byrd
Director of Client Services & Business Development, WC
As Director of Client Services & Business Development, Courtney Byrd is responsible for all aspects of client management including strategic direction, identifying and educating clients on issues and trends, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. She supports operations to further the company’s goal of continuously enhancing the customer experience thereby increasing the value of the company’s services and ultimately strengthening the relationships that INVO Claims has with its customers.
Courtney’s role involves a deep commitment to understanding all client needs, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring the delivery of services that meet or exceed the client’s expectations. She is involved in strategic planning, setting and reaching goals, and working with people inside and outside of the organization to ensure performance goals are achieved. Courtney provides support, guidance, leadership and motivation to promote maximum performance within the claims handling department.
With over 15 years of experience focusing primarily on workers’ compensation claims, Courtney has a vast knowledge of claims handling. Movement within the industry has provided her with broad experience with Insurance Carriers, Third Party Administrators, and PEOs. Being born and raised in Florida, she has a love for the outdoors. Courtney enjoys traveling with her husband and daughter, thrifting, cooking, snuggling her 4 cats, and serving her community through volunteer work with her county’s TNR program for local, feral cats.
